Cascades Men's Conference - Ascend
Cascades Men's Conference is a two day event held at Church of the Cascades in Bend OR with challenging speaking, excellent time of worship, tons of fun, great food, and fantastic people! Cost is $175 per person (early bird rate of $150 before May 1st), includes admission, 3 incredible meals, snacks, and a T-Shirt. See below for more information on this amazing conference!
Main speaker: Mark Clark
Mark Clark founded Village Church, a multi-site church with locations in multiple cities across Canada and online around the world, that seeks to reach skeptics and challenge Christians. He is now one of the Senior Lead Pastors at Bayside Church, California. He is the author of The Problem of Jesus (Zondervan, 2021) and The Problem of God (Zondervan, 2017) winner of the 2018 Word Award for Evangelism. His new book, The Problem of Life releases February 2025.
He is also the host of The Mark Clark podcast.
He has been the subject of several articles in Christianity Today and Outreach Magazine voted him one of the Top 25 Leaders to Watch. He has three beautiful daughters with his wife, Erin.

RV SITE OPTIONS
We do have 3 full hookup sites available for RV onsite at Church of the Cascades (First Come First Served) Contact ruthie in the office at (541) 389-8241 to book a site. We also have a lot of room for dry camping with several 120v hookups. And you can also bring a generator if needed. Bathroom with showers are available on-site as well.

There are a lot of RV sites in the Bend area. www.Recreation.gov have several sites about 20 minutes away from Church of the Cascades. Lots of beautiful camping options in and around the Bend area.

Youth Camp 2025
Open Bible Summer Camp will be the best week of the summer for you or your student. Students will be provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There will be free time to enjoy the camp facilities which include basketball, “gaga ball”, swimming pool, hiking trails, zip lines, ropes course, go carts, rock wall and more! We're honoring the birth of Jesus with our annual Christmas Party, and this year, we're hitting the ice. Bus is leaving at 7:15 PM on Wednesday, December 18th. Bend Christmas Parade Float
Church of the Cascades has another float in the Bend Christmas parade this year. Last year, we were top winners... Al Hooper and many volunteers helped make this happen again this year. Turkeybowl '24 - annual flag football game

Yth Awaken is meant to unite ALL of our youth groups on the West Coast. Students will leave encouraged and spiritually awakened. So please join us for this very special event.

The Cost of this event is $400. BUT we have extra funds that were raised with our previous fundraiser. ALL students receive a scholarship, and pay only $250.
The Great Pumpkin Party
Join us on October 30th for a fun night the whole family will enjoy. We have carnival games, box maze, lots of candy, other sweet treats and baked goods! The whole event is free! Please come dressed up in your favorite costume and HAVE FUN!
We also open doors privately from 5pm - 6pm for kids with special needs or sensory issues. (We will turn down the moving lights, and the music, and make it a safe place for them.
Worship Night - (Fundraiser for Adult Teen Challenge)

Ladies Lake Day
Ladies Lake Day has been moved to Elk Lake due to closure by forest fires.
A $5 day pass is required for parking… or you can get a NW Forest Pass. Information below.
We will be meeting at the Beach Picnic area (you can see on map link below).
There are a few people that may be meeting to carpool at the church at 9am. Otherwise, we will see you between 10am-2pm at Elk Lake!
SUMMERFEST - VBS - S'MORE OF JESUS
This day camp for kids 1st - 5th grades will be a time of fun, learning, and drawing closer getting “S’more of Jesus”! This is more than just a VBS, but an experience your student will love! Registration begins Friday May 31st.
All Night Party
Start the summer with a youth all night party! Starting at 8pm Friday June 21. Pick up will be available the following morning June 22nd anywhere from 6:30 to 7am.
All that is needed is $20, a favorite candy, and a nerf gun to use for a game, (if they have one).

Youth Event: One Conference
ONE Conference is the youth conference of Mannahouse Church from Portland, Oregon. For the past 30 years, our mission has been to create a space where a young person can have a one on one encounter with Jesus. That they would leave knowing the call on their life, and that they would feel equipped to pursue the purpose Jesus has called them too. So whether you are a middle school student, high school student, Young Adult or Youth Pastor, ONE Conference is a place for you to come be refreshed and leave with new purpose. We gather together for one weekend to unite as ONE body to proclaim the name of Jesus!
